We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage end\-to\-end HR activities, including recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and employee lifecycle management. The role involves working closely with leadership to support workforce planning, employee engagement, and HR processes.

• *What you will do**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment, bulk hiring, and campus recruitment.
• Handle onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, transfers, and offboarding.
• Implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee guidelines.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, and performance processes.
• Ensure statutory HR compliance and maintain required documentation.
• Prepare HR MIS, recruitment, and attrition reports.
• Support employee engagement and workforce planning.
• *What we are looking for**

• 2\+ years of HR/Recruitment experience.
• Knowledge of HR operations \& labour laws.
• Proficiency in MS Excel \& HRMS.
• Strong communication \& employee\-handling skills.
• **Personal laptop required.**
• EdTech experience preferred.
• Hindi\-speaking candidates are an added advantage.
