Senior HR Executive - Creative Agency

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring top talent, driving employee engagement, and ensuring smooth HR processes. Prior experience in a digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency is preferred.*

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding talent.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Oversee employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, confirmations, and exit formalities.
• Maintain HR records, attendance, leave management, and employee documentation.
• Support performance management, training coordination, and employee development programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
• Contribute to HR process improvements and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent

Pay: Up to ₹700,000\.00 per year
