• *Role Summary**

Responsible for end\-to\-end HR operations, workforce planning, compliance, and managing

HR functions across multiple project sites.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead recruitment \& manpower planning for site and office roles
• Handle bulk hiring for construction labor, supervisors, engineers
• Manage statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws, contracts)
• Oversee payroll coordination and attendance systems
• Implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement programs.
• Handle vendor coordination and contractor workforce management
• Resolve employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain HR MIS reports and dashboards

• *Requirements**

• Experience: 5–10 years (Non\-IT / Construction preferred)
• Strong knowledge of labor laws \& compliance
• Experience in multi\-location/site HR handling
• Leadership \& team management skills.

Pay: ₹600,000\.00 \- ₹700,000\.00 per year
