Senior HR Executive

Job Summary
Krishna Hospital is seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented Senior HR Executive to support and manage day\-to\-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess a good understanding of core HR concepts, recruitment, employee documentation, reporting, and manpower tracking.
This role is best suited for an individual who is organized, proficient in Excel, capable of preparing HR reports and trackers, and willing to work in a process\-driven healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment \& Staffing
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and recruitment networks
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining
- Support department\-wise manpower planning and vacancy tracking
HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding and induction processes
- Maintain employee records and personnel files
- Handle employee documentation and contract management
- Support attendance, leave, and payroll\-related activities
- Coordinate employee confirmations, renewals, and exit formalities
HR Reporting \& MIS
- Prepare monthly HR reports and dashboards
- Generate headcount, vacancy, attrition, and recruitment reports
- Maintain department\-wise employee data and manpower reports
- Assist management with HR analytics and workforce data
Training \& Performance Support
- Maintain employee training records
- Assist in preparing competency matrices and skill tracking reports
- Coordinate staff training and development activities
- Support implementation of HR policies and performance initiatives
Compliance \& Administration
- Ensure employee documentation is complete and up to date
- Assist in statutory compliance and labour documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
- Support hospital administration in HR\-related matters
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA (HR) / MSW (HR) preferred
- Bachelor's degree with relevant HR experience may be considered
- 2–5 years of HR experience preferred
- Experience in healthcare, education, or manufacturing sectors will be an added advantage
Required Skills
- Good understanding of HR functions and terminology
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to prepare reports, trackers, and HR MIS
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
