Job Summary
The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for managing day\-to\-day human resource operations and supporting the organization in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. The role requires a proactive individual who can handle confidential information, ensure compliance with HR policies, and contribute to creating a positive work environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment \& Onboarding
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with department heads.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other joining documents.
- Conduct employee induction and onboarding programs.
HR Operations
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.
Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Support conflict resolution and grievance handling.
- Promote a healthy and positive work culture.
Performance \& Development
- Assist in performance appraisal processes.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Track employee performance and feedback.
Compliance \& Policy Management
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational policies.
- Support implementation and updates of HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards as required.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
