• *What You'll Do**

• *Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition**

• Manage end\-to\-end hiring across clinical, administrative, and support roles
• Source candidates actively and passively through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/video pre\-screenings, and assess candidate fit
• Drive bulk hiring campaigns during clinic expansion with defined turnaround times
• Track recruitment metrics — time\-to\-fill, offer acceptance rate, and sourcing effectiveness

• *Indeed – Job Postings \& Sourcing**

• Create and manage job postings on Indeed; optimise for visibility and application quality
• Use Indeed Sponsored Jobs, Resume Search, and Employer Dashboard for targeted outreach
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategy based on results
• Maintain and update AVM Smiles' Indeed employer profile and company page

• *Interview Coordination**

• Schedule and coordinate multi\-round interviews — telephonic, panel, and final HR rounds
• Align hiring managers and department heads for timely interview feedback
• Ensure a smooth, professional, and candidate\-friendly experience throughout
• Maintain accurate interview records and follow up to keep hiring cycles on track

• *HR Operations**

• Manage pre\-joining documentation, background verification, and offer letters
• Coordinate onboarding and induction for new hires
• Maintain HRMS records and support day\-to\-day HR operations

• *What We're Looking For**

• 3–4 years of experience in talent acquisition (in\-house or staffing)
• Strong hands\-on experience with Indeed — job postings, sponsored campaigns, resume search
• Proven ability to coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders and rounds
• Experience hiring for diverse roles — clinical, front desk, operations, and managerial
• Good knowledge of other portals: Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, Apna
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for recruitment tracking
• Prior experience in healthcare or dental/clinic chain recruitment

• *Education**

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA / PGDM in HR preferred
