• *Experience Required:** Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience (Construction / Contracting industry experience preferred)
• *Joining Timeline:** Immediate to within 15 days

• *Role Overview:**

We are looking for a Human Resource Executive to manage end\-to\-end HR operations for our construction contracting firm, including recruitment, documentation, attendance and payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee relations across office and site teams.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• End\-to\-end recruitment, offer letters, onboarding \& exit formalities
• Maintain employee records, attendance \& leave data
• Attendance tracking and payroll coordination (Pagarbook experience preferred)
• PF, ESI, PT compliance and labor law documentation
• Handling employee queries, grievances \& coordination with site teams
• Support performance management and internal HR reporting

• *Salary:** As per standard market norms

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
