- *Key Responsibilities1\. Recruitment**
- Identify manpower requirements across corporate departments and units.
- Post job advertisements on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media channels.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant sources.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews (telephonic/virtual/in\-person) with management.
- Coordinate with functional heads for smooth execution of interviews.
- Conduct walk\-in interviews.
- Engage in primary discussions with candidates, explaining job roles, growth opportunities, and compensation structure.
- Coordinate interviews with senior/top management.
- Handle salary negotiations with selected candidates.
- Roll out offer letters and appointment letters.
- Ensure closure of vacancies within defined recruitment timelines.
- *2\. Joining Formalities**
- Send joining intimation to respective units.
- Ensure collection and verification of all joining documents.
- Maintain and update employee personal files.
- Facilitate onboarding processes including:
- Employee code generation
- Official email ID creation
- Visiting cards
- CUG/mobile connections
- Bank account (HDFC)
- ID card issuance
- Biometric registration
- Circulate joining announcements across corporate and units.
- Conduct induction on the day of joining.
- Ensure accurate HRMS entry for new joiners.
- Review weekly recruitment trackers and identify hiring gaps.
- Guide Unit HR teams for effective hiring aligned with manpower planning and minimum wage compliance.
- Issue confirmation letters post probation and transfer letters as required.
- Coordinate with EA to CEO, CMO, and CMD for scheduling interviews as per their calendars and travel plans.
- *4\. Maintenance of Data \& MIS**
- Maintain CV tracker (specialty\-wise).
- Update weekly recruitment trackers.
- Maintain employee records related to ESI, PF, new joiners, and exits.
- Track candidate status (offered, rejected, back\-out, hold).
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports for recruitment and HR operations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
