As we scale our operations, we are looking for a driven Senior HR Executive to strengthen our people function and help build a high\-performance culture.
Role Overview

The Senior HR Executive will be a key contributor to our HR function, handling three critical pillars: Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition, Generalist HR Operations, and Payroll \& Compliance. You will work closely with department heads to attract top talent, ensure smooth day\-to\-day HR operations, and maintain full statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1\. Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Experience and hiring sales people.
- Develop and post compelling job descriptions across job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and social media.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for technical (AV/IT/Hardware) and non\-technical roles.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and create job profiles.
- Negotiate and extend offer letters; manage pre\-joining formalities and documentation.
- Drive campus hiring and referral programs to reduce time\-to\-hire.
- Track and report recruitment metrics: TAT, offer\-to\-joining ratio, cost\-per\-hire.
2\. Generalist HR Operations
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date employee records in the HRMS system.
- Manage the employee lifecycle: confirmation, transfers, promotions, separations, and exit interviews.
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, goal\-setting, and feedback documentation.
- Implement and communicate HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives, team events, and R\&R (Rewards \& Recognition) programs.
- Handle employee grievances professionally and escalate complex issues to management.
3\. Payroll \& Compliance
- Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely salary disbursement in coordination with Finance.
- Manage statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Gratuity, and Bonus as per applicable laws.
- Prepare and file returns for PF, ESIC, and PT with relevant government portals.
- Maintain compliance registers and records as required under the Shops \& Establishments Act, Labour Laws, and other applicable regulations.
- Issue salary slips, Form 16, experience letters, and other employment documentation.
- Stay updated on changes in labour laws and ensure timely policy updates.
Qualifications \& SkillsEducation
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (preferred) or Bachelor's degree in any discipline with relevant HR experience.
Experience
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a technology, system integrator, or services company.
- Proven track record in handling recruitment for technical profiles (Engineers, AV/IT Specialists).
- Hands\-on experience with payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS platforms (e.g., GreytHR, Keka, Zoho People, or similar).
- Working knowledge of payroll software and government compliance portals (EPFO, ESIC, MCA).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite: Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with job portals: Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Shine.
