Job Description
We’re looking for a dynamic and people\-first Senior HR Executive to build and scale our HR function in a fast\-growing startup environment. The ideal candidate must have experience managing HR operations for 100\+ employees and thrives in high\-growth, fast\-paced cultures. You will play a key role in hiring top talent, building company culture, improving employee engagement, and partnering with leadership to scale the organization.
- *What You’ll Do**
Talent hunting \& Hiring
Lead end\-to\-end recruitment across business and tech functions.
Build scalable hiring processes and strong talent pipelines.
Partner with founders and department heads for workforce planning.
Improve employer branding and candidate experience.
- *People Operations**
Manage complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
Design and implement HR policies, SOPs, and people practices.
Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- *Culture \& Engagement**
Drive employee engagement, wellness, and retention initiatives.
Build a positive, transparent, and high\-performance culture.
Organize team activities, recognition programs, and learning initiatives.
Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers.
- *Performance \& Growth**
Implement performance review systems and goal\-setting frameworks.
Support leadership in organization development and succession planning.
Identify training and development opportunities for teams.
Leadership Lead and mentor HR executives/recruiters.
Handle HR operations for a workforce of 100\+ employees.
Bring structure while maintaining startup agility and speed.
- *What We’re Looking For**
MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
3\+ years of HR experience, including startup or high\-growth company exposure.
Proven experience handling 100\+ employee workforce.
Strong understanding of recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem\-solving skills.
Hands\-on attitude with ability to work independently.

If You Have Experience scaling teams rapidly.
Exposure to HRMS and automation tools.
Experience in startup culture building.
Strong networking and talent acquisition skills.
