Job Description

  • *CEE CEE Solutions** is looking for an experienced and strategic **Senior HR Manager** to lead our Human Resources function as we continue to expand our operations. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional with **5–10 years of experience** who can partner with leadership, streamline HR processes, and contribute to the organization's long\-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Lead end\-to\-end recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.
  • Drive employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks.
  • Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, disciplinary matters, and conflict management.
  • Identify training needs and implement learning and development programs.
  • Mentor and guide the HR team while fostering a positive and performance\-driven work culture.
  • Collaborate with department heads to support organizational growth and business expansion.
  • Generate HR reports, analyze workforce metrics, and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications \& Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • **5–10 years of progressive HR experience**, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, employment laws, payroll, and statutory compliance.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision\-making, problem\-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software is preferred.
