Senior HR Manager

• *Min 6\-8yr exp into HR Operations**

• **Manage end\-to\-end Provident Fund (PF) and ESIC compliance, including employee registrations, monthly contributions, and statutory filings.**
• **Ensure timely submission of PF, ESIC, and other applicable statutory returns and payments.**
• **Handle UAN generation, KYC updates, PF transfers, withdrawals, and employee\-related PF queries.**
• **Manage ESIC registrations, employee insurance details, and employee benefit\-related queries.**
• **Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, including the Payment of Wages, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, and other relevant employment legislation.**
• **Maintain statutory registers, records, returns, and documentation as required by applicable laws.**
• **Manage end\-to\-end monthly payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement.**
• **Calculate salaries, overtime, incentives, arrears, leave encashment, deductions, and full\-and\-final settlements.**
• **Ensure accurate calculation of PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS, Labour Welfare Fund, and other applicable deductions.**
• **Prepare and verify payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and salary revisions.**
• **Reconcile payroll data with HR records, attendance systems, and finance/accounts.**
• **Prepare salary statements, payslips, payroll reports, and statutory payment summaries.**
• **Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from manpower planning and job posting to screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.**
• **Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.**
• **Source candidates through job portals, recruitment agencies, employee referrals, and professional networks.**

• *Shift timing\- 10 am to 6pm Sunday off**

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
