As we expand, we are seeking a results\-driven **Human Resource Manager** to lead and strengthen our people, culture, and organizational processes. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building a high\-performance workforce, ensuring compliance, driving employee engagement, and supporting the company's ambitious growth plans.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment \& Talent Acquisition
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for all departments including Operations, Sales, Marketing, Technology, Warehouse, Logistics, and Customer Support.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, consultants, and employee referrals.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, background verification, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain recruitment pipelines and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
Employee Onboarding \& Training
- Design and implement structured induction programs for new employees.
- Coordinate training schedules and skill development initiatives.
- Monitor probation reviews and employee performance during onboarding periods.
Performance Management
- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across departments.
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and increment recommendations.
- Support department heads in employee performance improvement plans.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Ensure timely issuance of appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning notices, and exit documents.
- Administer HRMS systems and employee databases.
Policy \& Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Conduct internal HR audits and maintain compliance records.
Employee Engagement \& Culture
- Foster a productive, disciplined, and positive work environment.
- Organize employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and team\-building initiatives.
- Support employee retention and career development programs.
Payroll \& Benefits Coordination
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance verification, and employee benefit administration.
- Work closely with Accounts and Finance teams for salary processing and statutory compliance.
Organizational Development
- Assist management in manpower planning and organizational structuring.
- Develop succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
- Support expansion projects and workforce scaling requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in retail, e\-commerce, logistics, or fast\-growing organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS platforms, and recruitment tools.
