We are seeking a proactive Senior HR Manager to lead HR strategy and support business growth at Jolly Motors.

- *Salary:** ₹6–12 LPA
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan manpower requirements according to business needs.
- Develop employee retention and engagement strategies.
- Guide department heads on employee performance and discipline.
- Improve HR processes and implement effective HR practices.
- Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.
- Monitor HR KPIs and prepare reports for management review.
Candidates should have strong decision\-making, problem\-solving, and team management skills, along with practical experience in the automobile industry.
Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹90,000\.00 per month
