Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall HR function and align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Manage end\-to\-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction for all departments.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, KRAs, KPIs, and performance management systems.
  • Oversee employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
  • Conduct performance reviews, one\-on\-one meetings, and employee development programs.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
  • Develop training and learning programs to enhance employee performance.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
  • Supervise attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and other HR documentation.
  • Drive talent acquisition strategies and employer branding.
  • Work closely with department heads to identify manpower requirements and succession planning.
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare monthly HR reports for management.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team while continuously improving HR processes.

Pay: Up to ₹90,000\.00 per month

Experience

  • Hospitality industry : 5 years (Preferred)
