About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail\-oriented **Senior HR Operations Manager** to lead and manage end\-to\-end HR operations for a growing organization. The ideal candidate must possess strong expertise in payroll management, statutory compliance, employee lifecycle management, HRMS platforms, and labor law compliance. The role requires hands\-on experience managing HR operations for a workforce of **300\+ employees** while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and employee satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll \& Compensation Management
- Manage end\-to\-end monthly payroll processing for 300\+ employees.
- Ensure payroll accuracy, timely salary disbursement, reimbursements, incentives, and final settlements.
- Hands\-on experience with HRMS and payroll software such as **Zoho People, Spine HR, or similar platforms**.
- Review salary structures, CTC breakups, payroll reconciliations, and payroll audits.
- Coordinate with Finance for payroll accounting and statutory deductions.
Statutory Compliance \& Taxation
* Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including
- Provident Fund (PF)
- Employee State Insurance (ESIC)
- Professional Tax (PT)
- Labour Welfare Fund (LWF)
- Gratuity
- Bonus Act
- Shops \& Establishment Act
- Strong understanding of **Income Tax regulations, TDS calculations, and payroll taxation**.
- Manage Form 16 generation, tax declarations, investment proofs, and annual tax planning activities.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and maintenance of compliance records.
HR Operations \& Employee Lifecycle Management
- Oversee onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and employee exits.
- Manage employee database, documentation, and HR records with complete accuracy.
- Ensure smooth execution of employee attendance, leave management, and HR policy administration.
- Develop and implement HR operational processes and SOPs.
Employee Relations \& Grievance Handling
- Address employee grievances and workplace concerns professionally and confidentially.
- Ensure timely resolution of employee issues while maintaining organizational policies.
- Act as a bridge between management and employees to promote a positive work environment.
Labour Law \& Compliance
- Maintain strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and employment regulations.
- Ensure compliance with labour legislation and HR best practices.
- Handle labour inspections, audits, and documentation as required.
HRMS \& Process Improvement
- Drive HR automation and process optimization through HRMS platforms.
- Generate HR analytics, MIS reports, payroll reports, and compliance dashboards.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance HR operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 8–15 years of experience in HR Operations and Payroll Management.
- Proven experience handling payroll for 300\+ employees.
- Hands\-on expertise in **Zoho People, Spine HR, or similar HRMS/Payroll software**.
- Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Labour Laws, Payroll Compliance, and Income Tax regulations.
- Excellent understanding of TDS calculations and payroll taxation.
- Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

What We Are Looking For

Pay: ₹60,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
