Job Summary

Purple United is looking for an experienced **Senior HR Manager – Corporate HR** to manage and strengthen corporate HR functions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, statutory compliance, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end corporate HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Lead talent acquisition, manpower planning, and coordination with hiring managers.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.
• Manage employee engagement, retention, grievance handling, and employee relations.
• Oversee performance appraisal cycles, employee development, and training initiatives.
• Ensure statutory compliance with applicable labour laws, PF, ESIC, and other employment regulations.
• Coordinate with Finance and Payroll teams for salary processing, attendance, leave, and employee benefits.
• Maintain HR MIS, employee records, attrition reports, and other HR dashboards.
• Support workforce planning, organisational development, and strategic HR initiatives.
• Partner with senior management to improve HR processes and overall employee experience.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Minimum **5 years of relevant experience** in HR, preferably in Corporate HR or an HR Generalist role.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
• Knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance requirements.
• Experience in handling HR documentation, payroll coordination, and HR reporting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem\-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and other HR management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross\-functional teams.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates from Retail, Fashion, Apparel, Lifestyle, FMCG, E\-commerce, or other organised corporate environments will be preferred.
