Rajkrupa Textiles is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage end\-to\-end Human Resources operations for its Fabric Processing Division. The role requires a hands\-on HR professional capable of managing the complete employee lifecycle, statutory compliance, employee engagement, training \& development, performance management, and audit readiness in a manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to factory HR operations, labour law compliance, and social compliance requirements. Experience in handling Sedex, customer social audits, and compliance requirements of UK and European buyers will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience ( manufacturing, textile processing preferred)
- Experience in a factory environment is mandatory.
- Exposure to social compliance and buyer audits preferred.
- *Human Resources Management**
- Manage end\-to\-end HR operations for the Fabric Division.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and separation processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Ensure smooth employee lifecycle management and HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR MIS.
- *Talent Acquisition \& Workforce Planning**
- Lead recruitment for staff and worker categories.
- Coordinate manpower planning with department heads.
- Build talent pipelines for critical positions.
- *Performance Management**
- Drive performance appraisal processes.
- Support goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Assist management in succession planning and talent development initiatives.
- *Training \& Development**
- Identify training needs across departments.
- Plan and coordinate technical, behavioural, compliance, and leadership training programs.
- Maintain training records and effectiveness evaluations.
- *Employee Relations \& Engagement**
- Promote positive employee relations and workplace culture.
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Organize employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
- Support communication between management and employees.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and factory regulations.
- Coordinate compliance related to:
- Factories Act
- Minimum Wages
- Payment of Wages
- Bonus
- Gratuity
- EPF
- ESIC
- Contract Labour regulations
- Shops \& Establishment provisions where applicable
- Liaise with government authorities and external consultants as required.
- *Social Compliance \& Audit Management**
- Maintain readiness for customer and third\-party audits.
- Support and coordinate Sedex, ethical, social, and customer compliance audits.
- Ensure compliance with buyer Codes of Conduct and social responsibility requirements.
- Maintain records, corrective action plans, and audit documentation.
- Experience with UK and European customer compliance requirements will be preferred.
- *HR Systems \& Reporting**
- Prepare HR dashboards, manpower reports, attrition reports, compliance reports, and management MIS.
- Drive process improvements and HR digitization initiatives.
- *Policy Implementation \& Governance**
- Ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Support investigations, disciplinary actions, and corrective actions when required.
- Promote ethical business practices and workplace standards.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Labour Welfare, or related discipline.
Pay: ₹60,000\.00 \- ₹100,000\.00 per month
