Job Description

  • *Job Title: Senior HR Manager**

  • *About the Role**

We're looking for a **Senior HR Manager** who can own the entire HR function end\-to\-end. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable building processes, hiring top talent, managing HR operations, driving employee engagement, and partnering with leadership to build a high\-performing culture.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, people\-centric, and capable of managing both strategic initiatives and day\-to\-day HR operations.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**

Talent Acquisition

  • Own the complete recruitment lifecycle across all functions.
  • Build sourcing strategies and maintain a healthy hiring pipeline.
  • Partner with hiring managers to close positions efficiently.

HR Operations

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Ensure employee documentation and records are accurate and compliant.
  • Oversee HR policies and ensure adherence across the organization.
  • Handle HRMS administration and employee lifecycle management.

Payroll \& Compliance

  • Coordinate monthly payroll with finance.
  • Manage statutory compliance, leave management, attendance, and employee benefits.
  • Ensure all HR documentation and compliance requirements are met.

Performance Management

  • Drive goal setting, KPIs, performance reviews, probation reviews, and appraisal cycles.
  • Support managers with performance improvement plans (PIPs) and coaching conversations.
  • Build frameworks to improve accountability and employee performance.

Employee Engagement \& Culture

  • Plan and execute engagement initiatives, team\-building activities, rewards \& recognition programs, and internal events.
  • Conduct employee feedback surveys and implement action plans.
  • Foster a positive, high\-performance culture.

HR Strategy

  • Develop and improve HR policies, SOPs, and processes.
  • Use HR metrics and reports to support leadership decisions.
  • Partner closely with founders and department heads on people strategy and organizational growth.
  • *Requirements**
  • 6\-8 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience handling end\-to\-end HR independently.
  • Strong recruitment and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands\-on experience with payroll, HR operations, and compliance.
  • Experience managing performance management systems and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ownership, problem\-solving ability, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in a startup, agency, or fast\-paced environment is a plus.

Pay: ₹45,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
