Senior HR Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Senior HR Recruiter to join our People \& Culture team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end\-to\-end recruitment, along with the ability to lead and mentor a team while driving hiring strategies and ensuring timely closures.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment across multiple functions (Retail, Sales, Corporate roles)
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring productivity and performance
• Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower planning and hiring needs
• Drive bulk hiring and critical position closures within defined timelines
• Oversee sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, and internal databases
• Conduct HR interviews and coordinate with stakeholders for further rounds
• Monitor and improve recruitment metrics (time\-to\-hire, offer acceptance ratio, closure rate)
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
• Manage recruitment reports, dashboards, and MIS tracking
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities

• *Requirements**

• 3 to 6 years of experience in recruitment, with exposure to team handling
• Experience in retail/sales/volume hiring preferred
• Bachelor’s degree / MBA in HR or related field
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requirements
• Proficiency in MS Office, ATS, and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
