Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through portals, referrals, and networking
Coordinate and manage interview processes between clients and candidatesBuild and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future requirementsTrack recruitment progress and provide regular updates to clientsNegotiate salary and support offer management and onboarding coordinationEnsure achievement of hiring targets and service\-level commitmentsResolve hiring challenges and maintain client satisfactionMentor junior recruiters and support team performances- Strong experience in staffing / placement recruitment
- Client relationship management and account handling

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Expertise in sourcing and screening techniques
- Interview coordination and stakeholder management
- Good reporting and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel, recruitment tools, and ATS platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 to 4 years of recruitment / staffing experience
- Experience handling multiple client
Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ahmedabad, Gujarat
