Senior HR Recruiter

• *Job Overview**

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and results\-driven HR/Recruitment professional to manage end\-to\-end recruitment operations. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, coordination, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets efficiently.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage the complete end\-to\-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Plan manpower requirements and coordinate recruitment activities.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, consultants, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
• Manage multiple and bulk hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and talent pipelines.
• Monitor recruitment **KPIs**, including Time\-to\-Hire, Cost\-per\-Hire, and Joining Ratio.
• Negotiate salary packages, notice periods, and employment terms.
• Coordinate offer letters, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure vacancies are closed within defined timelines.
• Guide and support junior HR/recruitment team members, where required.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Good interviewing and candidate\-screening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong follow\-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment portals.
• Leadership and team\-management skills.
• Experience in the garment, manufacturing, retail, or similar industries will be an added advantage.
