• *Job Summary**

Test 2 Build Pvt. Ltd., a civil construction material testing and field engineering company, is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to manage end\-to\-end recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of sourcing suitable candidates for technical, laboratory, civil engineering, field, and corporate positions while supporting overall HR activities.

• **Key Responsibilities***

• *1\. Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition**

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer release and joining.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Recruit Civil Engineers, Steel Lab Technicians, Material Testing Engineers, Field Engineers, Report Preparation Engineers, and corporate staff.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate technical interviews with department leads.
• Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, negotiate salary within approved limits, and coordinate onboarding.
• Maintain a recruitment tracker covering vacancies, candidate status, interview feedback, offers, and joining updates.
• Build and maintain a database of suitable candidates for current and future vacancies.
• Monitor recruitment timelines and work towards filling vacancies within agreed deadlines.

• *Qualifications \& Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Experience recruiting for civil engineering, construction, material testing laboratories, manufacturing, or technical roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, and recruitment trackers.
• Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email communication, and HR documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies, meet deadlines, and coordinate with different departments.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional handling of confidential information.

• *Preferred Skills:**

• Experience in end\-to\-end recruitment for technical and non\-technical positions.
• Ability to understand basic civil engineering job requirements and technical candidate profiles.
• Strong follow\-up skills and the ability to maintain an active candidate pipeline.
