Senior Human Resource Executive

• *Job Responsibilities:**

• Managing day\-to\-day recruitment operations.
• Understanding project requirements and sourcing and scheduling suitable candidates.
• Ensuring timely placement of candidates based on project requirements.
• Leading and coordinating the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
• Handling recruitment for backend and engineering profiles across various projects.

• *Candidate Requirements:**

• Should be proficient in MS Excel and other relevant systems.
• Knowledge of additional languages such as Malayalam and Hindi will be an added advantage.
• Should have at least 3\+ years of experience in recruitment.
