Job Description
The Senior HR is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization’s human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws. The role supports business objectives by developing and implementing HR strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- *1\. Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition**
- Lead end\-to\-end recruitment including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
- *2\. Employee Relations**
- Manage employee grievances and conflict resolution.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Provide HR guidance to employees and management.
- *3\. Performance Management**
- Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
- Support managers in setting KPIs and conducting performance reviews.
- Identify training and development needs.
- *4\. HR Policies \& Compliance**
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- *5\. Training \& Development**
- Plan and coordinate employee training programs.
- Support leadership development and succession planning.
- *6\. HR Reporting \& Analytics**
- Track HR metrics such as turnover, recruitment efficiency, and employee engagement.
- Provide HR reports and insights to senior management.
Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000\.00 \- ₹400,000\.00 per year
