• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Inside Sales Executive to support our sales and business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, connecting with prospects, explaining our company's products and services, and generating business opportunities.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Identify and research potential customers and business opportunities.
• Make outbound calls and send emails to prospective clients.
• Introduce and explain the company's IT products and services to potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and identify suitable solutions.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and follow\-ups in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to address customer queries.
• Support the preparation of quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Must be willing and ready to travel for onsite assignments as required by the company.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in making calls and communicating with customers.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
• Willingness to learn about IT products and software solutions.
• Good interpersonal, negotiation, and follow\-up skills.

• *Educational Qualification**

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Computer Applications, or a related field.
