• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure professional to lead and manage enterprise\-wide IT infrastructure, data center operations, cloud platforms, network security, monitoring systems, and business\-critical IT services.

The candidate should have strong hands\-on and leadership experience in managing high\-availability infrastructure environments supporting eCommerce, Call Center, Media/Broadcast, and Corporate IT operations. The role requires hands\-on expertise in Network Management, Data Center Management, Cloud Infrastructure, VMware, Linux/Windows Administration, Firewall \& Network Security, Vendor Management, Monitoring, DR/BCP, and IT Governance.

• *Key Responsibilities**

 Manage enterprise IT infrastructure including Data Center, DR, Cloud, and Local Infrastructure.

 Ensure high availability, uptime, and performance of critical business applications and services.

 Lead server, storage, virtualization, and network infrastructure operations.

 Manage Linux, Windows, and VMware environments.

 Oversee backup strategies, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.

 Administer Firewall, VPN, Proxy, Mail Security, and Network Security solutions.

 Manage AWS cloud infrastructure and related services.

 Implement and manage proactive monitoring solutions such as Nagios, PRTG, MRTG,

Site24x7, etc.

 Support eCommerce platforms, Media Streaming infrastructure, and Call Center applications.

 Handle vendor coordination, procurement, AMC management, and technical negotiations.

 Lead and mentor IT operations teams handling 24x7 support environments.

 Drive automation and infrastructure improvement initiatives.

 Coordinate with OEMs and vendors including Dell and other hardware providers for procurement, support, warranty, and escalations.

 Manage software and infrastructure license lifecycle including renewals, compliance, and audits.

 AI and Cloud Structure Implementation

Pay: ₹1,500,000\.00 \- ₹2,000,000\.00 per year
