As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering technology solutions that support our business strategy. Based in Kharadi, Pune. The Senior IT Project Manager is responsible for managing complex IT programs, coordinating projects, and overseeing the implementation of technological solutions in alignment with the organization’s strategy. This position requires the ability to combine technical expertise mainly in Network Infrastructure area with team management and business communication skills.
- *What will you be doing?**
- Manage complex IT projects encompassing multiple projects and teams.
- Create schedules, budgets, and implementation plans, and monitor their execution.
- Supervise the project team, motivate, and develop team members’ competencies.
- Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (business, IT, vendors).
- Report progress, prepare presentations, and project documentation.
- Ensure that all activities comply with the company’s strategy and industry standards.
- Serve as the primary escalation point, resolving issues beyond the project team’s scope.
- Champion and communicate both project and team member successes to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Ensure a high level of coordination and collaboration with assigned Functional IT Business Relationship Managers to support and deliver their portfolio of projects.
- Lead and oversee the change management process across the program, ensuring effective adoption of new solutions and practices.
- Optimize resource allocation across projects and resolve conflicts to ensure efficient program delivery.
### **What will you need to be successful?**
- Higher education in a technical or business field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing IT complex projects or IT programs.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Prince2, PMI). PMP certification a strong plus.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risks.
- Experience working in an international environment and leading cross\-functional projects.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills.
