We are looking for an experienced **Senior IT Recruiter** with strong expertise in US IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, data retrieval, resume screening, and interview coordination.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Handle end\-to\-end US IT recruitment for various technical positions.
• Perform effective candidate sourcing and data retrieval using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS databases, and other sourcing platforms.
• Screen resumes thoroughly and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and job requirements.
• Understand US IT job requirements, including W2, C2C, and W2 contract hiring.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and validate experience, skills, work authorization, availability, and salary expectations where relevant.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates, clients, and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and ATS databases.
• Follow up on interview feedback, offers, and candidate joining status.
• Meet recruitment targets while maintaining high\-quality candidate submissions.

• *Required Skills**

• 5–10 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong candidate sourcing and data retrieval skills.
• Excellent resume screening and candidate evaluation abilities.
• Good knowledge of US IT technologies, job roles, and recruitment processes.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow\-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver quality candidates within deadlines.

Salary will be competitive and based on experience, US recruitment expertise, sourcing capabilities, screening quality, and interview coordination experience.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: From ₹600,000\.00 per year
