• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced **Senior Java Developer** with strong expertise in **Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, Kafka, and AWS**. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in designing and building scalable distributed systems and be capable of working in a fast\-paced environment.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design, develop, and maintain high\-performance, scalable applications using **Java and Spring Boot**
• Build and implement **Microservices architecture** for enterprise\-grade applications
• Develop and manage asynchronous communication using **Apache Kafka**
• Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on **AWS cloud platform**
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product teams
• Ensure code quality through best practices, including code reviews and unit testing
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
• Participate in system design discussions and contribute to technical decisions

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• 7–10 years of strong hands\-on experience in **Java development**
• Expertise in **Spring Boot** and **Microservices architecture**
• Experience with **Apache Kafka** or similar messaging systems
• Hands\-on experience with **AWS services** (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.)
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems
• Experience with **Docker/Kubernetes** is a plus
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud\-native applications
• AWS certification is an added advantage
