Senior Java Full Stack Developer

• *About the Role** We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with hands\-on AI experience who can build scalable backend applications and intelligent AI\-powered solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot, practical experience using AI tools and developing AI agents, and a product\-oriented mindset to solve real\-world business problems.

We are looking for someone who goes beyond writing code—someone who understands user needs, thinks critically about product features, and takes ownership of delivering impactful solutions.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and integrate AI\-powered features into applications using relevant AI tools, models, APIs, and frameworks.
• Develop AI agents capable of executing tasks, using tools, interacting with APIs, and automating workflows.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI services into backend systems.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with internal and external services.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Apply product thinking to identify user pain points, propose improvements, and build solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability.
• Experiment with emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve products through intelligent automation.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• 3–4 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands\-on experience in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience building REST APIs, backend services, and database\-driven applications.
• Practical experience with AI tools and frameworks, including LLM integrations.
• Demonstrated experience in developing AI agents or agent\-based workflows, including tool calling, API integrations, or task automation.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, LLM APIs, and AI application development.
• Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Good understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and system design fundamentals.
• Strong problem\-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹1,000,000\.00 \- ₹1,500,000\.00 per year
