Senior JDE Finance Functional Implementer

We are seeking an experienced **Senior JDE Finance Functional Implementer** with strong hands\-on expertise in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Financials and a proven track record of delivering end\-to\-end ERP finance implementations.

The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and associated financial processes. The candidate must be capable of independently managing requirements workshops, conducting fit\-gap analysis, designing functional solutions, configuring financial modules, coordinating testing and data migration, and supporting cutover, go\-live, and post\-implementation stabilization.

This is a hands\-on implementation role requiring practical experience across the complete JDE implementation lifecycle, rather than a profile focused solely on production support or routine maintenance.

Candidates with **Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9\.2 implementation experience** and previous experience working with **LTIMindtree (LTM)** will be preferred, subject to meeting all mandatory technical and functional requirements.

• *Key Responsibilities:\-**

1\. End\-to\-End JDE Finance Implementation

• Lead or independently execute functional implementation activities across the Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Financials suite.
• Participate in all implementation phases, including discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, go\-live, and post\-go\-live support.
• Translate business and finance requirements into scalable, standardized JDE functional solutions.
• Drive implementation deliverables in accordance with project timelines, quality standards, and agreed business objectives.

2\. Financial Module Configuration

* Configure and support core JDE Finance modules, including

• **General Ledger (GL):** Chart of accounts, business units, accounting periods, journal entries, allocations, and financial reporting.
• **Accounts Payable (AP):** Supplier\-related processes, vouchers, payment processing, and invoice workflows.
• **Accounts Receivable (AR):** Customer transactions, invoicing, receipts, collections\-related processes, and reconciliation.
• **Fixed Assets:** Asset setup, depreciation, asset transfers, disposals, and related accounting entries.
• Validate end\-to\-end financial transaction flows and ensure accurate accounting integration between modules.
• Identify configuration gaps and recommend solutions aligned with business requirements and finance controls.

3\. Requirements Gathering and Solution Design

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and business process workshops with finance, accounting, and operational teams.
• Perform fit\-gap analysis to identify gaps between existing business processes and standard JDE functionality.
• Document functional requirements, process flows, configuration decisions, and solution designs.
• Recommend process improvements and standardization opportunities while minimizing unnecessary customization.
• Independently manage functional discussions with client stakeholders and business users.

4\. Testing and Quality Assurance

• Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, test scripts, and expected results.
• Coordinate and execute Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Validate financial transactions, accounting entries, module integrations, and reconciliation results.
• Analyze defects, identify root causes, coordinate resolutions with technical teams, and support regression testing.
• Ensure business requirements are adequately covered before production deployment.

5\. Data Migration, Cutover and Go\-Live

• Support finance master data preparation, data migration, validation, and reconciliation.
• Assist with opening balances, general ledger balances, supplier and customer data, and fixed asset migration, as applicable.
• Develop and execute cutover plans, readiness checklists, and deployment activities.
• Support go\-live execution and ensure business\-critical financial processes operate correctly.
• Provide post\-go\-live stabilization and resolve functional issues during the hypercare period.

6\. Cross\-Functional Collaboration and Documentation

• Collaborate with JDE technical developers, integration teams, data migration specialists, project managers, and business stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain functional configuration documents, business process documentation, issue logs, test evidence, and implementation deliverables.
• Participate in design reviews, status meetings, risk assessments, and project governance activities.
• Provide knowledge transfer and functional guidance to business users and support teams.

• Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Financials.
• JDE Finance implementation and functional configuration.

• End\-to\-end ERP implementation lifecycle.
• Requirements gathering, business process analysis, and fit\-gap analysis.
• Functional solution design and configuration documentation.
• Conference Room Pilot (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Finance data migration, validation, and reconciliation.
• Cutover planning, go\-live execution, and post\-implementation stabilization.
• Client\-facing workshops, stakeholder management, and cross\-functional coordination.

• *Preferred Skills and Experience:\-**

• Hands\-on experience with **JDE EnterpriseOne 9\.2**.
• Experience delivering multiple full\-cycle JDE Finance implementations.
• Experience in large\-scale ERP transformation, consulting, or system integration projects.
• Exposure to multi\-location, multi\-company, or complex financial environments.
• Prior employment with **LTIMindtree (LTM)** is preferred, provided the candidate has genuine hands\-on JDE Finance implementation experience.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹2,800,000\.00 \- ₹3,200,000\.00 per year
