• *About the Role**

Banttech is looking for an experienced Laravel Developer with strong backend development skills and practical experience in building complex web applications.

We are working on multiple projects, including POS \& ERP Systems, Inventory Management, Job Work Management, LMS Platforms, E\-commerce Applications, and OTT Platforms.

We need a skilled developer who can independently handle development tasks, understand complex business requirements, write clean and scalable code, and take ownership of assigned projects.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and maintain web applications using Laravel and PHP.
• Design and develop REST APIs and third\-party integrations.
• Work with MySQL databases, including database design and query optimization.
• Develop complex business logic and application workflows.
• Handle authentication, user roles, permissions, and security.
• Work on ERP, POS, Inventory, Job Work, LMS, E\-commerce, and OTT projects.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and improve application performance.
• Manage code using Git and GitHub.
• Handle application deployment and basic server configuration.
• Coordinate with frontend developers and other team members.

• *Required Skills**

• Minimum 3\+ years of hands\-on experience with Laravel and PHP.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL and database management.
• Experience in REST API development and integration.
• Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Git and GitHub.
• Basic knowledge of Linux servers and application deployment.
• Ability to understand complex requirements and develop scalable solutions.
• Strong problem\-solving skills and independent working ability.
