3\. Ensure compliance with ISO 26262, SOTIF (ISO 21448\), NCAP, and regulatory requirements
4\. Own validation planning, execution tracking, and defect management aligned to program timelines
5\. Establish and monitor KPIs: validation coverage, defect leakage, test efficiency
6\. Perform root cause analysis and drive issue resolution with cross\-functional teams
7\. Develop and implement test automation strategies to improve validation efficiency
8\. Collaborate with system, software, hardware, and supplier teams for integrated validation
9\. Drive risk\-based validation approach balancing safety, cost, and timeline constraints
10\. Mentor and lead a team of validation engineers, ensuring technical excellence and delivery
