• *Position Over view:**

We are looking for an Manager Accounts \& Finance which is a senior departmental role supporting execution of general ledger impacted processes, including support to members and vendors. The role requires performing accounting functions specifically in the areas of account balancing, ledger reconciliation, reporting and discrepancy resolution.

• *Job Description:**

· Physical Verification of Cash balances,

· verifying Receipts \& payments, vouchers, Purchase bills

· Tracking advances and settlement of banquets and parties

· Costing and variance reporting of various departments

· Refund of card balances \& credit balances to Members accounts

· Preparation of Trial balance and Bank Reconciliation Statements

· Reconciliation of club centric report Vs Tally account ledger accounts

· Vendor Follow up on GST related matters, balance confirmation

· Monthly GST and TDS return filing

· Depreciation provisioning

· Monthly stock verification and reporting

· Coordinating with Internal auditors in closing monthly internal audit report

· Assisting in Accounts finalization and closing of external audit.

• *Job Specification:**

• M. Com/ B. Com
• 8\-10 years of experience Accounts \& Finance
• CTC: ₹8\.0 –9\.5 LPA (depending on last drawn salary)
• Skills: The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational and time management skills, strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, compliance, and team management. Candidates with experience in Hospitality domain will be given preference.
