DHL Express is looking for a Senior Manager – Accounts and Finance is responsible for end\-to\-end management of Financials, Audits, tax and treasury, statutory compliance, and internal controls. The role involves close coordination with internal / external stakeholders, SSC, and auditors, as well as external stakeholders including banks, statutory authorities, vendors, consultants. The position ensures accurate accounting, regulatory compliance, effective reconciliations, audit, performance monitoring, and continuous process improvements while maintaining strong internal controls and stakeholder relationships.

• *Key Responsibilities**

He/she will have to perform the following key activities

• Liaise with internal auditors, legal/secretarial/ tax/ procurement teams, cross functions teams,
• Work closely with SSC and global/regional finance teams
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, statutory authorities, vendors, consultants
• Ensure smooth inter\-company accounting
• Maintain long\-term and effective relationships with vendors and service providers
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements
• Proficient in compliance of Direct and indirect tax
• Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with local statutory, IFRS, and internal policies
• Establish and monitor strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and financial integrity
• Oversee Internal control reporting framework and adherence to same
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures
• Manage banking relationship
• Oversee working capital and treasury management
• Coordinate with regional treasury department
• **Reporting Reconciliation \& Analysis**
• Responsible for delivering monthly reports for Finance, HR, Administration, and Operations
• Ensure timely, accurate data recording and reporting
• Oversee Accounts receivables / Banking process
• Closely monitor record and reconciliation of cash receivables
• Lead balance sheet analysis and maintain risk free balance sheet

• **Team Coordination \& Process Improvement**

o Lead, coach and develop high performing finance teams

o Lead engagement initiative within finance function

o Support finance transformation initiatives

o Drive continuous improvement in finance processes

• *Skills Required:**

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem\-solving and leadership abilities
• Innovative and critical thinking, scenario building
• Sound knowledge of accounting and audit processes
• Working knowledge of taxation, legal requirements, and GST
• Ability to coach, train, and develop finance teams
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• 6 \-8 years of experience in finance and accounts domain.
• Minium 3 years of managerial experience
• Educational Qualifications:

o BCom

o Degree in Finance \- CA
