This role is responsible for the successful delivery of enterprise\-wide automation and AI programs, leveraging technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Process Mining, Task Mining, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Workflow Automation, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), Conversational AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Business Intelligence \& Analytics solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in the BFSI sector, preferably within Insurance, coupled with strong program management capabilities, stakeholder engagement expertise, vendor management experience, and a proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through technology\-enabled transformation.**How You'll Make an Impact**

As a Senior Program Manager, you will:* Lead and govern complex intelligent automation and AI transformation programs from ideation through implementation and value realization.

  • Partner with business leaders, operational teams, Process Excellence functions, Risk and Compliance teams, and technology stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and execute automation opportunities.
  • Develop and manage program roadmaps, delivery plans, budgets, resource allocations, and benefits realization frameworks.
  • Drive adoption of automation and AI solutions that improve operational efficiency, quality, customer experience, productivity, and scalability.
  • Ensure alignment of automation initiatives with organizational strategy, governance requirements, security standards, and regulatory obligations.
  • Establish effective program governance, reporting structures, and executive stakeholder communications.
  • Lead global cross\-functional teams operating in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
  • Monitor program progress, dependencies, risks, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Track and report key performance indicators including efficiency gains, cost savings, error reduction, productivity improvements, and business value realization.
  • Facilitate collaboration among business, technology, operations, and vendor partners to achieve program objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation through the adoption of emerging automation and AI technologies.
  • Provide thought leadership on intelligent automation and enterprise AI capabilities across the organization.

### **Program Leadership \& Delivery**

  • Lead enterprise\-scale automation and AI programs from initiation through closure.
  • Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria, timelines, and governance frameworks.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource strategies.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within approved budgets.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and interdependent workstreams.

### **Stakeholder Management**

  • Collaborate with senior business leaders to align initiatives with strategic priorities.
  • Build strong relationships across business functions, technology teams, and operational stakeholders.
  • Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to executive leadership and governance committees.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective decision\-making.

  • Ensure adherence to organizational governance frameworks, information security standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues.
  • Support audit, risk, and compliance reviews as required.
  • Maintain program documentation and governance records.

### **Vendor \& Partner Management**

  • Manage strategic vendor relationships and third\-party delivery partners.
  • Support contract negotiations, performance reviews, service management, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor vendor performance against agreed service levels and contractual obligations.
  • Ensure vendor solutions align with business objectives, security requirements, and compliance standards.

### **Team Leadership**

  • Lead and mentor project managers, business analysts, automation specialists, and cross\-functional teams.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high\-performance culture.
  • Promote best practices in program management, automation delivery, and organizational change management.
  • *Required Qualifications**
  • --------------------------
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 18\+ years of overall professional experience, including significant experience within the BFSI sector.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of Program Management experience leading enterprise\-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering intelligent automation, digital transformation, or AI\-driven programs.
  • Strong understanding of insurance operations, business processes, and industry regulations.
  • Experience managing geographically distributed teams and global stakeholders.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

  • Experience within the Insurance industry strongly preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Agile certifications such as Scrum Master, SAFe, Agile Practitioner, or equivalent.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and broader Microsoft automation ecosystem.
  • Exposure to cloud\-based automation and AI platforms.
