We are looking for a **Chartered Accountant (CA)** with strong experience in **Company Audits, IPO Advisory, and Financial Consulting** to join our team in a leadership role.
Our practice advises unlisted companies on financial structuring, restatements, due diligence, and IPO readiness, while also supporting listed companies in financial planning, business finance management, and post\-listing audit compliance.
- Lead and manage audit and advisory engagements while mentoring team members.
- Handle IPO\-related assignments, including financial restatements, due diligence, and regulatory compliance for **SME and Main Board listings**.
- Ensure compliance with **IGAAP (AS), Ind AS, Companies Act**, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Review financial statements, internal financial controls, and risk management processes.
- Oversee documentation, report preparation, and timely delivery of assignments.
- Undertake special assignments such as limited reviews, Ind AS implementation, corporate governance, and transaction support.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with relevant experience in **Company Audits or IPO Advisory**.
- Strong technical knowledge of **Ind AS, Accounting Standards, ICDR and regulatory frameworks**.
- Prior exposure to **IPO structuring, due diligence, financial restatements, or listed company compliance** will be an added advantage.
- Ability to independently manage engagements, lead teams, and interact effectively with clients.
- Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills.
