Job Description

Lead the end\-to\-end planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic HR projects, including, policy and process rollouts, organizational initiatives, and HR channel or operating\-model changes

• Coordinate cross\-functional teams to ensure that project activities are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
• Manage and coordinate the HR project portfolio, ensuring that individual initiatives are aligned with the organization's broader business strategy, HR priorities, and transformation roadmap
• Translate strategic HR priorities into executable project plans, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and deliverables.
• Partner with HR and business leadership to establish and maintain a portfolio\-level view of ongoing and planned initiatives, enabling effective prioritization and resource allocation.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), milestones, and success measures for HR projects and programs.
• Develop and leverage HR analytics and people insights to support strategic decision\-making across HR transformation programs.
• Identify trends, patterns and drivers behind HR outcomes and translate data into actionable business insights
• Track critical HR metrics such as attrition, employee movement, productivity, adoption, engagement, and service\-level indicators, where relevant to the project.
• Build and maintain management dashboards and analytical reports that provide real\-time or periodic visibility into HR project and workforce performance
• Monitor project financials, including Opex budgets, project costs, forecasts, and budget utilization, ensuring adherence to approved financial plan.
