• *What You’ll Do**

• Design and implement omnichannel customer journeys across Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp, and Mobile

• Develop personalized campaigns using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Contact Builder

• Build scalable marketing solutions using Marketing Cloud Next and AI\-powered automation

• Configure Agentforce for Marketing to automate campaign execution and customer engagement

• Leverage Einstein AI for content generation, personalization, send\-time optimization, and next\-best\-action recommendations

• Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, and third\-party platforms using APIs

• Develop reusable components, dynamic content, and personalized communications

• Support real\-time customer engagement using event\-driven marketing and Data Cloud activation

• Collaborate with business, CRM, and analytics teams to deliver intelligent customer experiences

• *Skills We’re Looking For**

• Hands\-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Engagement)

• Strong knowledge of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Content Builder

• Experience with AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and SSJS

• Understanding of REST APIs and Salesforce CRM integration

• Familiarity with Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud Next is a plus

• Interest in AI\-powered marketing, Agentforce, and intelligent customer journeys is highly desirable
