Senior Manager Data Science

• *We’re Hiring: Senior Data Science Lead**

We’re looking for an experienced Data Science professional to lead high\-impact measurement, marketing science, and AI initiatives. You’ll build advanced statistical models, drive data\-backed business strategies, and develop AI\-powered solutions that deliver measurable impact for clients.

• *What you’ll do:**

• Build predictive models and lead Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) using Bayesian methods and advanced statistical techniques
• Design incrementality studies, forecasting models, and measurement solutions to optimize media investments
• Develop and leverage AI agents to automate workflows and improve efficiency
• Validate and enhance existing AI tools, deployed models, and marketing measurement workflows
• Translate complex analytical outputs into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations
• Create client\-ready presentations covering methodology, findings, and business impact
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and media strategy teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Establish best practices and methodologies across the Data Science team

• *What we’re looking for:**

• 10\+ years of experience in Data Science, Marketing Measurement, Econometrics, or Causal Inference
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience writing production\-grade code
• Hands\-on experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), attribution, and incrementality measurement
• Strong understanding of advertising metrics, including reach, frequency, conversions, and media performance
• Ability to translate complex statistical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations
• Experience collaborating with cross\-functional teams and managing multiple projects independently
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client\-facing engagements

• *Good to have:**

• Experience with GCP/AWS and deploying models as APIs or automated decision systems
• Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, and integrating them with statistical models
• Contributions to open\-source measurement tools
• Experience translating research into executive\-ready presentations and strategic insights
