Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts

• *About the Role**

We are seeking a seasoned, hands\-on, and strategic **Senior Accounts \& Finance Manager** to lead our finance and accounting operations in Hyderabad. In this leadership role, you will oversee end\-to\-end financial operations, ensure robust statutory compliance, manage financial reporting and budgeting, and drive internal controls.

The ideal candidate possesses deep domain expertise in Indian Accounting, strong leadership capabilities, and proven success in scaling finance functions within dynamic corporate environments or multinational companies in Hyderabad.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *1\. Financial Accounting \& Reporting**

• Manage the complete end\-to\-end accounting cycle, ensuring accuracy and integrity of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
• Drive the timely preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P\&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in compliance with Ind AS
• Prepare comprehensive Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and variance analysis for review by senior management and board members.

• *2\. Budgeting, Forecasting \& Financial Planning**

• Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes in collaboration with various department heads.
• Monitor operational performance against budgets, track key financial metrics, and highlight cost\-optimization opportunities.

• *3\. Taxation \& Statutory Compliance**

• Ensure 100% compliance with local and national regulatory frameworks, including Direct \& Indirect Taxation (GST, TDS, Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing).
• Oversee timely filing of periodic statutory returns, assessments, and liaison with tax authorities, consultants, and legal counsel.

• *4\. Audit \& Internal Controls**

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal, statutory, and tax audits. Ensure timely closure of audit observations and compliance gaps.
• Continuously strengthen internal financial controls, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and governance frameworks to mitigate financial and operational risks.

• *5\. Team Leadership \& Stakeholder Management**

• Mentor, lead, and develop a high\-performing team of finance and accounts professionals.
• Partner cross\-functionally with operations, HR, and executive leadership to align financial strategies with broader organizational goals.

• *6\. Process Automation**

• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and system integrations to reduce manual intervention and enhance operational efficiencies.
• **Technical Skills:**
• Hands\-on expertise in **Ind AS, IFRS, or US GAAP**.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong working knowledge of Indian tax laws and regulatory compliances.
• **Soft Skills:**
• Exceptional analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making capabilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of professional integrity, ownership, and accountability.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
