Senior Manager Finance

We are looking for an experienced **Senior Finance Professional with 15\+ years of experience**, qualified as a **CA or MBA in Finance**, to oversee financial operations, statutory compliance, budgeting, MIS, and financial controls across our hospital group.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Financial statements preparation and finalisation.
• Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimisation.
• GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
• Coordination with internal and statutory auditors.
• MIS reporting, financial analysis, and profitability monitoring.
• Cash flow, working capital, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations.
• Strengthening internal financial controls and ERP\-based reporting.

• *AI \& Technology Expertise**

Hands\-on proficiency in **AI tools and finance automation** is highly preferred. Experience with **ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Power BI, Advanced Excel, and Microsoft Power Automate** to automate MIS reports, analyse financial data, improve forecasting, and streamline finance processes will be a strong advantage.

• *Eligibility \& Preferred Profile**

• CA or MBA in Finance with **15\+ years of relevant experience**.
• Hospital/healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem\-solving skills.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days preferred.
