We are seeking a talented individual to join our Health Operations team at Mercer.
This role will be based in Noida. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
- *H\&B Consulting \- RxAnalyst**
The Pharmacy Project Management Consultant will lead the accurate and timely compilation of data and financial analysis on mid\-sized and large, complex pharmacy projects
A significant part of this role is to be a key contributor for projects while creating operational efficiencies
- Manages the scope, quality, timeliness of multiple client deliverables for pharmacy benefit plans and programs in the US.
- Provides financial, contract and/or administrative analysis, and manages portions of projects, including ad\-hoc team requests of problem\-solving on administrative and operations issues.
- Supports financial analysis and review: including data analytics and partnership with actuaries to support funding analysis.
- Learn and understand high level financials related to pharmacy benefit offerings, plan designs and assists with contract reviews.
- Assist in developing/writing Summary Plan Documents for US based employers based on program decisions made by employers (crosswalk to be provided by US based colleagues).
- Support US Pharmacy Collective Services: Tasks include managing client trackers, deliverables for various collective tasks including market check reports/contracts or renewal negotiation reports, scheduling/agenda/notes from meetings, documentation support of clients onboarding to the pharmacy collectives (support for US based pharmacy consulting team assigned).
- Assist with evaluation model development and maintenance for projects that involve both medical and pharmacy claim data.
- Organize and maintain databases for employer clients and industry vendors.
- Support written responses for US based clients seeking information about Mercer’s US Pharmacy Team \- Request for Proposal (RFP) response support.
- Contributes as a member of the US based pharmacy consulting team on client work.
- Collaborates with other offshore pharmacy team members.
- Continually evaluates processes looking for opportunities to automate or improve upon current workflow.
- Demonstrates project management skills and manages the quality and timeliness of deliverables.
- Manages internal specialty resources ensuring client deliverables meet clients’ goals and deadlines.
- Assists with the preparation, completion of peer review process and delivery of clear and concise client\-friendly communications.
- Works directly with US based pharmacy colleagues and manages the request for proposal (RFP) process with the pharmacy insurance carriers and analysts.
- Collects and reviews the analyst’s compilation of health benefits information from a variety of sources (such as hard files, electronic files, the client and carriers), responses from the carriers and the data in a template (customization depends on client plan types, funding, rate structure, etc), and reviews transparency documents.
- Ensures compliance with professional standards including use of templates, peer review, and transparency.
- Peer reviews the information, analyzes and interprets the results, edits and finalizes the executive summary report, and sends this report to the US based pharmacy team.
- Other research and analysis related to the US prescription drug marketplace and industry.
- Attends meetings and/or reviews meeting notes and transcripts to capture minutes, all takeaways with assigned owners and follow\-up on and track progress of those deliverables

- Manage the day\-to\-day project management and support with the key members of the US pharmacy team
- Prepare project results for US pharmacy colleagues supporting clients, carriers, managed care entities and other related entities
- Manage day to day operations of US Pharmacy Collective services
- Work with the US based pharmacy colleagues to initiate projects. This includes meeting with the US pharmacy team from time to time, understand project scope, timelines and deliverables. You will develop and propose essential project documents, including the strategy, budget and work plans.
- Maintaining project documents and produce documents stating project results, including reports, charts and analyses
- Manage data and analytical work, summarizing claim experience and providing recommendations for employers
- *Note: Applicants should be flexible working in shifts (3:00 pm \- 12 am) and most work will be during normal local business hours.**
- *What you need to have:**
- Minimum of bachelor degree from a local university.
- Excellent project management and interpersonal skills
- Strong English oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote)
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
