The Sales Manager – Global Degree Business will drive revenue growth for MSM Unify’s online international degree programs while managing and enabling strategic channel partners. This hybrid role combines individual sales contribution with channel partner management, requiring strong ownership of the sales funnel, conversions, and portfolio growth.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Generate and qualify leads for online international degree programs through multiple channels (digital, partner, events, outreach, etc.).
• Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective students and institutional stakeholders.
• Manage the end\-to\-end sales cycle from first contact to successful enrolment conversion.
• Consistently achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records and provide timely, reliable sales forecasts.
• Develop and execute channel sales strategies for existing channel partners to maximize enrollments and revenue.
• Train, support, and enable channel partners on product offerings, value propositions, and sales processes.
• Monitor partner performance, identify gaps, and implement improvement or optimization strategies.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, commercials, and commission structures where required.
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance dashboards for senior management review.

• *Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business; a Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in EdTech or the international education sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Experience in channel partner management and relationship building is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of the international education market and student mobility trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; multilingual abilities are preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot and familiarity with modern sales tools.
