Insync Marketing is an Experiential marketing and Event management agency. We specialize in brand activations, corporate events, exhibitions, and integrated marketing solutions. We are hiring a result\-oriented Operations Manager to lead end\-to\-end event execution and operational excellence.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Execution \& Logistics:** Lead end\-to\-end planning, production, venue recce, and on\-ground execution for corporate events, activations, and exhibitions.
• **Vendor \& Budget Management:** Source, negotiate, and manage vendors, venues, and tech partners. Build project budgets, control costs, and track P\&L margins.
• **Technical \& Production Control:** Oversee AV, fabrication, lighting, sound, show flow, and rehearsals to meet client standards.
• **Team Leadership \& Collaboration:** Manage operations staff, assign deliverables, and coordinate closely with creative and client servicing teams.
• **Process \& Safety:** Implement operational SOPs, maintain risk assessments, and establish contingency plans.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5\+ years of experience in event operations, production, or experiential marketing (agency background preferred).
• Proven track record in managing large\-scale corporate events and brand activations.
• Strong skills in vendor negotiation, budgeting, and team leadership.
• Ability to multitask and thrive under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹60,000\.00 \- ₹85,000\.00 per month
