Senior Manager - Operations

This role is responsible for leading process redesign and governance for ESG financial reporting, with an initial focus on greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions (Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3\). The position ensures ESG data and calculations are complete, accurate, consistent, and audit\-ready across regulated and voluntary disclosures.

The role will perform end\-to\-end process walkthroughs to identify control gaps, data quality issues, and inefficiencies; redesign workflows; and establish durable governance (process documentation, RACI, standards, and performance metrics). A key expectation is to drive change management—including the responsible use of AI—to reduce manual effort, improve quality, and increase scalability.

The position partners closely with Global Sustainability, Finance, Procurement, Technology, Internal Audit, and external assurance providers to integrate ESG processes and data flows into enabling platforms (e.g., Watershed and Workiva) and to ensure risks and controls are designed, implemented, and operating effectively
