About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented **Senior Manager – Projects** to drive business growth through project sales and strategic client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales within the interiors, furniture, building materials, hospitality, auditorium seating, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across India.
• Generate enquiries and convert them into successful orders.
• Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and key decision\-makers.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Lead negotiations and close deals effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in **Project Sales / B2B Sales**.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and manage long\-term client relationships.
• Experience in proposal preparation and commercial negotiations.
• Self\-driven, energetic, and target\-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
