This role lead creation of a premium fashion retail identity and establish a retail business model for a new retail concept. This role involves being able to conceptualise brand vision, fashion storytelling, physical retail execution and a premium customer experience

**Job Responsibilities**

• Business Modelling for various TCL categories to setup few pilot stores to make it a viable profitable channel and layout the vision for the future

• Project Manage end\-to\-end New Retail identity project (concept to rollout) in a timely manner.

o This will involve identifying various agencies, going through their pitch, shortlisting, legal validation and onboarding these vendors\- Brand Naming, Logo, Design

o Working with the Retail Design teams ( internal or external) as required and create concepts to layout your vision of a Premium fashion store and finalise the design, materials, fixtures, lighting etc

o Oversee store layouts, fixtures, windows, and in\-store displays

o Manage vendors, agencies, budgets, and timelines

• Partner with VM, design, marketing, and merchandising teams for cohesive execution

• Lead setting up of a pilot store and scale it across locations top 8 cities

o Partner with Business Development team to identify key retail locations as per defined requirements, build ROI and get all approvals

o Partner with Project teams to track, project plan, timely design decisions, various stakeholder approvals

o Exciting and timely launch of the first store

• Track performance (conversion, sales/sq. ft., customer engagement) and refine the model to a profitable levels for a franchisee investments

• Work with various teams for special , curated collections to drive AUCP for viability

• *Work Experience**

• MBA from a top tier college, preferably Top 15 schools
• 8\-10 years of relevant experience in Retail and fashion industry. Past experience in Retail Identity Roll out or exposure in marketing \& communication along with Retail Operations will be preferred
• Strong understanding of fashion retail, trends, and consumer behavior
• Experience in visual merchandising and store storytelling
• Project management across multi\-store rollouts
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
• Vendor and stakeholder management
• Ability to work in fast\-paced, trend\-driven environments
• Financial and commercial acumen
