Revenue \& P\&L Ownership
- Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets across both the direct sales portfolio and the cluster ad \& partner revenue vertical.
- Manage the full P\&L for the cluster: revenue forecasting, pricing decisions, cost optimisation, and margin improvement.
- Set deal pricing, discount structures, and commercial terms within approved guardrails.
- Develop revenue strategies in partnership with Finance, Product and other teams to unlock new monetisation levers across both ad and non\-ad revenue lines.
- Track, analyse, and present revenue performance; drive corrective action plans to close gaps.
- Leverage AI\-driven tools and analytics to improve sales forecasting, pipeline visibility, customer targeting, and revenue generation strategies.
Partner \& Advertiser Development
- Prospect, pitch, and close deals with bus operators and advertisers for marketing revenue — including premium placements, sponsored inventory, and analytics add\-ons.
- Identify and prioritise high\-potential advertiser and operator accounts; build a healthy, well\-qualified pipeline.
- Upsell premium ad products and growth solutions to AbhiBus's existing operator network.
- Build long\-term relationships focused on renewals and account expansion — not just first deals.
Key Account Management
- Own and deepen relationships with top\-tier bus operators, and strategic B2B partners.
- Lead monthly \& quarterly business reviews (MBR/QBRs) with key accounts; identify upsell and cross\-sell opportunities across both commercial and ad products.
- Structure and negotiate commercial agreements, volume\-based incentives, and co\-marketing arrangements.
- Resolve escalated account issues proactively to ensure long\-term retention and satisfaction.
Campaign Execution \& Partner Success
- Coordinate with Product and Technology teams to ensure on\-time, on\-spec campaign delivery; proactively flag pacing or delivery issues.
- Share post\-campaign performance reports with partners; translate data into upsell and renewal conversations.
- Gather market and competitor intelligence and funnel insights back to internal teams to sharpen AbhiBus's ad and growth product offering.
Stakeholder Management
- Run weekly pipeline reviews and forecasting for the cluster; report to senior management with clear actions and owners.
- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to implement technology\-enabled solutions that improve customer experience and sales efficiency.

- 10 – 12 years of progressive experience in B2B, B2C revenue management, ad sales, digital media, or partner growth; at least 3 years in a team leadership.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets in a quota\-carrying role — across both direct commercial deals and ad/media revenue.
- Strong knowledge of the India digital advertising landscape and B2C marketplace dynamics.
- Prior experience in travel tech, OTA, mobility, e\-commerce, or marketplace platforms is a strong plus.
- MBA \& B.Tech or equivalent from a recognised institution preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
Skills \& Competencies
- Strong commercial acumen with hands\-on P\&L management and revenue forecasting experience.
- Comfortable with data — can read campaign dashboards, build a credible business case for partners, and translate analytics into sales narratives.
- Drive AI\-enabled sales efficiency, analytics, forecasting, and process optimization to improve revenue performance and business decision\-making.
- Exceptional stakeholder management; able to represent AbhiBus credibly with senior operator, client, and agency stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex, multi\-stakeholder commercial and media deals.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes in a fast\-scaling organisation.
